Dick Harris is the founder and CEO and has been in the corrugated box and packaging business for over 45 years.  After graduating from The University of Texas in Arlington he soon joined Crown Zellerbach Paper as a sales executive and moved to California. In the late 70’s he founded Western Way Distributing to serve the agricultural industry in Southern California.   As the company grew he incorporated the business, moved into a warehouse in Anaheim and changed the name to Agri Western Container, Inc. – or known today as AWC Packaging.  Dick is married to his beautiful wife Jan and resides in Southern California wine country where he grows grapes for some of the local wineries.

Trini Marshall is the General Manager and first employee of AWC Packaging, Inc.  Also a fellow Crown Zellerbach Paper employee, Trini left that company and joined Dick’s one man show to assist with his rapidly expanding business.  Over the course of 33 years Trini has held just about every position within the company.  Her in-depth knowledge of the packaging industry and understanding of the customers’ needs has kept customers happy with AWC Packaging for over 30 years.  Trini is married with two grown children.

Shaun Erickson began his tenure with AWC in 2001.  He began as a rewinder in the label division and soon was promoted to the QC Manager.  Shaun has spent the last 7 years in sales and logistics.  When the company saw a need for mobile wine-club fulfillment for their winery customers Shaun spearheaded the fulfillment division of AWC – covering both Southern and Central California.  Shaun is known around the office as the beer guy, and found a love for the craft brewing industry, providing our customers with everything from keg collars to fulfillment services.  Shaun resides in Temecula with his wife Ragan and their two young girls.

Eva Medina Vernaza is our Customer Service Representative and has been with the company for 14 years.  A trained Interior Designer Eva fell into this job after chatting with Dick’s wife, also an Interior Designer, about an open position within the company.  Eva applied and was quickly hired because of her proven customer service abilities and her natural charisma.  Eva assists our industrial and food manufacturer customers with new and existing orders.  Her passion for this industry and her love for customer relationships really sets her a cut above.  Eva resides in Orange County with her husband and two children.

Terri Means is our Customer Service Representative and has been with the company for over 12 years.  Prior to joining AWC Terri spent years in corrugated manufacturing so she brings a total of 23 years industry experience to the table.  Terri assists our winery and brewery customers with new and existing orders.  Her extensive knowledge of the intricate details of packaging and label production is extremely valuable, after all, half the battle of ordering packaging or labels is understanding the industry lingo and Terri excels in teaching linguistics.  Terri is married with 3 grown children and spends her free time travelig with family or reading historical novels.

Cathy Doyen is our Accountant and has been with AWC Packaging for the last 5 years.  She brings over 26 years of financial accounting experience from the automotive and healthcare industries.  While not buried in QuickBooks Cathy enjoys boating and family road trips with her husband and two grown children.

Ray Woodward joined the team in 2009 after a decade in machinery sales with a large label company.  Ray is an experienced sales executive and specializes in the sale of pressure sensitive labels, corrugated packaging and labeling machinery.   AWC Packaging is an authorized dealer of Label-Aire labeling machinery so Ray’s two decades of selling and servicing this equipment made him the perfect addition to our team.  Ray services our customers in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado and California.

Ragan Erickson is our Sales and Marketing Manager and brings over 12 years of experience to AWC Packaging.  Originally one of our first winery customers, Ragan worked for almost 10 years at one of Southern California’s most popular winery operation.  Ragan’s knowledge and enthusiasm for marketing and social media coupled with her experience as a buyer in the beverage industry has made her the perfect fit for us.  Ragan resides with her husband Shaun and their two young children in Temecula.
